For the past 2 weeks I was way off track, zero motivation. But the past 3 days I’ve gotten it together and am back to my regular workouts. I feel great and the bright side is I’ve gotten complimented on my body lately and on how much weight I’ve lost. That gave me all the motivation in the world.
I hate how fat I am, it makes me sick.
